Inishowen artist Clare Toland, has painted in various styles, from impressionism to abstract, depicting imagery from Music and Literature. However, the unspoilt beauty of Inishowen’s landscape and seascapes, is now the main inspiration for her work. She works mostly on commission for people with family ties and memories to Inishowen.

The Blue Room Art Gallery at the Strand Hotel hosts a large selection of top artists who draw inspiration from the Inishowen Peninsula and its surrounding hinterlands. Allow yourself time to ponder around and enjoy these wonderful creations here with us in the one location.
