GLENEVIN WATERFALL PARK
FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS SPECTACULAR PLACE
The spectacular Glenevin Waterfall Park is one of Inishowen’s most treasured family attractions. Children love the excitement of following the winding gravel paths through mature deciduous woodlands with all its wildlife and flowers.
The waterfall cascades fresh mountain water out over black rock from and astonishing height of 40ft into a pool at the bottom. Local legend has it that the pool has fertility properties and indeed there are many that will testify to the effect.

After rambling back from the much loved path to the waterfall it’s time to stop off at the Rose Cottage Gardens of the 18th century Glen House where you can sit by the stream and enjoy an ice-cream.
Browse their arts and crafts shop or make a reservation for afternoon tea. Relax while enjoying the views towards the sea and getting a glimpse of Irelands’ most northerly point Malin Head in the distance. There is no doubt you will fall in love with this magical place.
